The DVD has English and Spanish options. It is broken into 4 sections: Working flair, Exhibition flair, Extra moves, and Promo videos. In each video, Rodo demonstrates the trick quickly, and then you see the trick broken down into slow motion frames and explained so you can learn it with him.
